T-shirt quilts are a scrapbook of memories and experiences. With my t-shirt quilt service, you can preserve those memories and enjoy them in a beautiful new way! Designed to showcase your favorite images, a t-shirt quilt is the perfect gift for friends and family alike. I offer a mosaic-style t-shirt quilt that makes the most of your logos by adding custom quilting to enhance the design, at a cost of $30 per shirt. For an adult-size throw quilt (around 55"x60"), the minimum is 25 shirts ($750). 30 shirts ($900) will make a large throw around 55"x72". A baby-size quilt (around 42"x42") can be made from 12 shirts. The size of the finished quilt depends on the size of the logos. If the front and back of a shirt are used, that counts as two shirts.

 

The price includes piecing the quilt with custom quilting to accent each logo, cotton or cuddle backing, bamboo batting, and binding with chenille yarn accents. Bamboo batting creates a finished quilt that is lighter than a typical t-shirt quilt. I currently stock a variety of cotton backings, along with cuddle fabric in gray, black, and navy. To include a special message on the back, an embroidered label can be added for $20. Please include that message in the notes section of the Book a Quilt form.

I ask that shirts are freshly laundered with no fabric softener or dryer sheets. Mark shirts with any special instructions, and please plan ahead when ordering a t-shirt quilt. Custom quilting is a time-consuming process, so allow for at least a month to receive your completed quilt.
